Phase 1 Summary Report and Phase 2 Directions Available Online!

TOcore is split into three phases, and Phase 1 has now been completed. In Phase 1, the TOcore team reviewed the existing conditions for each building block (planning framework; parks and public realm; community services and facilities; transportation; water; and energy), performed a SWOT (strength-weakness-opportunity-threat) analysis, consulted with key stakeholders, collected data and developed a set of emerging priorities and next steps.

This Staff Report on all the work completed in Phase 1 and seeking direction for Phase 2 based on Staff recommendations is going to the Toronto and East York Community Council on November 10, 2015.

TOcore to Host Event at City Hall  -->

Along with the Staff Report going to Toronto and East York Community Council, the TOcore team is also hosting an event in the rotunda at City Hall on November 9, 2015 and November 10, 2015.

Their 22 display panels will be showcased in the rotunda. As well, a member of the TOcore team will be available during certain hours of the day if you have any questions, comments or feedback on the TOcore Study overall or the Phase One Staff Report. For more details, please see below:
